Symbio has 13 offices and 4 development centers in across the U.S. and Greater China. We typically utilize a hub-and-spoke model for providing global professional services and support. In-country teams interface directly with clients and are supported by product teams that reside in one of our major development centers. This provides our client's with a high-touch staff of local professionals, while keeping resource costs low by maintaining the product, technology and service bureau backbone in an offshore development center.

Avatar allows us to continuously monitor projects to ensure quality and timely delivery. It also provides impact analysis to identify bottlenecks and issues before they occur.
Our engineers all read, write and speak English, have college degrees in technical subjects, and over half have Master's or PhD degrees. In addition, all of Symbio's project managers undergo rigorous internal training and certification, including Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Upon hiring, a training plan is developed for e ach team member as part of their overall career map. They also receive a competency development path and customized training for specific projects. Having clear career paths for each position helps keep our attrition rate low.
